• Complete the on-demand pre-requisite course, Optimize Employment for Everyone, (1.5 hours) between March 26 and April 7, 2025

• Complete the on-demand course Optimize Employer Engagement, (5.5 hours online, 3 hours offline) between March 26 and April 29, 2025

• Attend 4 live webinars on April 8, 15, 22, 29, 2025 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm where you will discuss the content, set goals and weekly challenges, track progress, and collaborate with fellow participants.

• Complete fillable e-Learning Journal (or purchase paperback on Amazon)

• Receive two course certificates of completion
